Présentation
Christian Jodin est un artiste français né en 1970. Il obtient un diplôme d'arts plastiques à l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts de Paris en 1992 où il a étudié la gravure en médailles, bas-reliefs, sculpture la mosaïque, la peinture et la lithographie. Par la suite il travaille d'abord en tant que graveur à la monnaie de Paris, puis dans un laboratoire de photographie.
Ce n'est qu'à partir de 1993 qu'il se consacre entièrement à ses œuvres personnelles. Christian Jodin essaie par le biais de la fragmentation du sujet, de réinventer une certaine esthétique avec la répétition d'un même motif, entre contemporain et primitivisme. Il appelle cette technique le «zapping pictural».
Les œuvres de Christian Jodin ont été présentées dans des expositions autant internationales que nationales, d'Osaka à Monaco.
