“Why bio and why center? “Bio” means life and life processes, something natural, organic, useful. A center is a point equidistant from all points of a circle or sphere, a relative, approximate middle of a place, focus and/or coordination of activity.
The bio-center in the current exhibition became synonymous with duality. Both a vitally vibrant world and a made up own space. A typical double standard – superimposing images with a common meaning and different aesthetics. On the other hand, through the word-universe “center” I discover the circle, the personification of the Earth and the Sun, of the emergence and the life force. The center of the circle is the landscape theme, closed by an infinite line. The Bio Center has become a laboratory for my research. These are pieces of the everyday, waves of life, imaginary spaces, real shapes, abstract realities or just a sense of forest. And so, the terms bio and center became synonyms, because they indirectly and directly mean life, activity, scope, plot, appearance.”
