Laurent Laporta discovered drawing early. At the age of 15, he began painting in his DIY workshop. Graduated with a master's degree in graphic arts, Laurent continued his career by working in an advertising agency during the day and in his painting studio in the evening.

At that time he mainly used earth tones, whites and rough textures. In 2018, Laurent Laporta began using a palette of vibrant colors by discovering aerosol cans. Pencils, markers, pastels, acrylic, gouache, industrial paint and spray cans are now his favorite tools.
