Drago Dochev was born on November 15, 1987 in Varna, Bulgaria. He graduated from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria with a major in painting. Works in the field of painting, sculpture and digital arts.
He has numerous participations in exhibitions and shows in Bulgaria and abroad, some of which are: "Conference" Alterego Gallery, Sofia (2012), "Painting Studio" Dega Gallery, Sofia (2015), "Painting and Sculpture", UBA, Sofia, Shipka 6 (2015 ), "Young choose young", Rakursi Gallery, Sofia (2016), "The Collector" Ivan Nenkov Collection, City Gallery "Boris Georgiev", Varna (2017), "Rethinking the form" A&G Gallery, Varna (2018), "Collection contemporary art" Gallery "nOva art space", Sofia (2019), "Contemporary Bulgarian art" Exhibition hall of "St.Benno", Germany (2019), "Young Bulgarian artists" Gallery "Raiko Alexiev", Sofia (2020), "Contemporary Bulgarian Artists" Gallery "Phönixsee", Germany (2021-2022), "Exposition Bulgarian Contemporary Art" Pop-up-Galerie "Wintergalerie", Germany (2021-2022) and others. In 2022, Dochev's digital works have been selected for participation in several prestigious international exhibitions: "Digital Art", VerticalcryptoArt selection, Liverpool; "Digital Art", Paris Hilton selection, Liverpool; ARTBOX.PROJECT Zürich, SWISSARTEXPO 2022.
