Cédric Hemon

Born on April 8, 1983 in Paris, it is in Celtic land that I find my roots and more precisely at the doors of the city of the painters of Pont Aven on the coasts of the South Finistère.

It is through these places full of stories and artists that make them live that my taste for the imaginary will be born.

At the beginning, I naturally turned to drawing to leave over time a privileged place to abstract art. 

Today, I use painting as a therapeutic art by sailing through naive art.

Emotions, feelings, beliefs, ideologies, all take shape on the canvas and come back to me as an echo to meditate.

Nature has many faces and it is up to us which one to choose in order to better survey it.

Everything becomes a question of perspective, of angle of view, which makes our attention the projector of our truth and our health.

Every action, every word, every stroke of the pen that escapes from us reverberates like the waves of a ricochet through the immensity.

I like to think that we are at the same time the conductor of a great orchestra and the main instrument of a wonderful symphony, the source that shapes our world having the capacity to materialize the invisible into the visible, the immaterial into the material, the undesirable into success.

It is then that we must believe in the impossible and in what we have yet to discover or rediscover.
