PI.R is a French painter. As a child, he began with Opera in Paris as a soloist. Once he graduated from the School of Fine Arts in Lyon (with honors), he finished with his studies in scenography at Ecole supérieure des arts décoratifs in Strasbourg. Simultaneously, he worked as a dancer in various companies and signed several texts for choreographs.He also worked as a stage technician at the theater or at Château de Versailles, stage design assistant for several opera productions or recently in Broadway for musical comedies. A curious traveler, he wanders around the world and sharpens his pictorial language through his encounters with artists from various horizons. With skill and precision, he explores the graffiti technique, with a graphic and unique vocabulary.

According to his words, he wishes to "look for a void which needs to be filled. I scrawl in the right direction due to my impatient boredom, until it isn't the right direction anymore".
