Presentation

Born in 1947 in Port-de-Bouc in the south-east of France, Georges Coulomb is an ambassador of the Provencal school, he carries within him the dazzling imprint of Provence.

He translates in his paintings, the exuberance of the colors of the south. There is a joyful magnetism in this work where the spray of color magnetizes, captivates, brings to life the senses.

Georges Coulomb throws flat, stretches the colors of his palette by masses. In his tracks, the painter reconstitutes reality in his own way and takes a fresh look at the world.
