Psyckoze began making graffiti in 1984, at the age of 15. At the time, there were few graffiti artists in France. His first tag was 'Acro. In 1987 he adopted the pseudonym Psychose in reference to the Action Directe attacks in Paris, and finally changed it to Psyckoze.
For fifteen years Psyckoze will continue his search for an identity in the graffiti world, continously renewing his style. From the Louvre fences to Bastille via the Seine river, he wrote graffiti in the most amazing places in Paris, always seeking to create surprise. During this period he met Colt, who was an essential influence in the evolution of his style.
Today Psyckoze works in his studio and on the street, and both practices are inseparable for him. The Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilisations in Marseilles acquired several of his works.
