Nathalie Cougny was born in 1967, she has been a self-taught painter since 1996 and a published author since 2011.
Nathalie Cougny lives and works around the Paris region.
In 1998, she gave up her professional activity at a large company to volunteer in the artistic world for 10 years. She co-managed an Art school comprised of 200 students, organized several artist exhibitions and media events for cerebral handicapped children: one of the projects is lead in France today.
Simultaneously, she also became head of communication for a charity association.
In 2009, her life took a whole different turn and she took up writing, like a wind of freedom. She writes sensual poems, biographies, stories for children, entertainment, romance.
She was committed to her struggle against battered women and led several actions and participated in promising projects.
Her main passion is the human being and its mind. Cougny manages to highlight this in her writing through the tiniest emotion, a diversity which binds us together, without taboo but through a humanistic vision.
