Kaël

Kaël is from Brittany, Limousin and Burgundy by adoption. His parents and grandparents were born in the Côtes d'Armor region. She spent her early childhood in Limousin and then about fifteen years in Ile et Vilaine. In 2001, she moved away from the Brittany coast for about ten years and went to work in Burgundy.

Very quickly the lack of the sea was felt and Kaël decided to paint it to remember its lights, its emerald colour, the hardness of the granite, the picturesque trawlers. She buys small canvases, a palette of oil paintings and launches out. First she paints familiar coastal landscapes, then bouquets of flowers, animals and little by little she can no longer do without her favourite hobby, painting.

Back in the West in 2010, she asserts herself with acrylic and opts for a palette of brighter colors, less classic forms, more instinctive, an approach full of symbols that tells life stories, emotions felt, nature...
