Juliette Paredes

Born in 1963 in Villemomble, I am an English teacher in the Nantes region. I wrote some short stories and stories, did theater and have been a self-taught painter for ten years. After starting with oil, I currently paint mainly in acrylic and with a knife, in search of the duality between concrete and abstract, real and imaginary.

I often like to decline the tones with a restricted palette of colors, a constraint which makes me seek the light or the brightening to come. I have exhibited in Brittany (Quimper and Pont-l'Abbé) and in Loire Atlantique (La Baule, soon Oudon and Nantes).
