Baptiste Legroux

Baptiste Legroux aka Tisba is an artist / streetartist from Paris (France).

His creative approach and his process of creation is to have ideas halfway which allows him to bounce back and be constantly in the adventure.

Movement and forms are at the center of his very mineral work.

Nature but also everything he sees every day around him, in the street or in photos inspire him: urban elements such as a building, a wall, a gate or a lava flow, a wave, rocks ...

Gestures have a very important part in the creation process. The position in which we paint influences the line, gives it very different impulses. What motivates him in painting is what happens during the creation. The retouching, the details are just as interesting but do not give it the same feeling. His interest is primarily focused on the changes that a painting undergoes, from the point of departure to its final form.
