Originally from Lille, Royal DuckDive has been living in Bordeaux for over 20 years.
Street Art artist, he draws his inspiration from several fields including pop art, surfing, surf spots, surrealist painting, design and architecture.
His references are Picasso, Dali, Basquiat, Warhol, Sonia and Robert Delaunay, Niki de St Phalle, Magritte...
Royal DuckDive is particularly interested in Street Art, he likes this very graphic expression, the explosion of colors, the diversity of the means of expression and the messages that are passed.
He paints on different supports by using mainly acrylic paint that he applies with a brush or a brush, Poscas as well as spray paint and collage.
The artist paints graphic and colorful works that he qualifies for some of surfart because it is one of his main themes.
He also creates more pop works on different themes and others more graphic. He does not wish to limit himself to a single theme or a single mode of expression.
Finally, he participates in many Street Art events where the biggest names gather.
