A painter depicting everyday life, Csaba Furjesi mostly represents mundane moments and turns them into glamorous moments. He combines abstraction and figuration, seeks to reveal complexity of life, where external reality and internal chaos can be felt. Time is important in his work, the present moment, where existence is complete and full. The past is no longer present, the future doesn't exist, only the present allows us to evolve, triggering good and bad during all our life. This opposition in life is unfortunately related to the present moment and our mind, whose only physical constraint is life, this aspect is questioned by the artist. Csaba Furjesi questions, and asks us to do the same, without actually finding an answer. It is not the destination that counts, but the journey.
