Juliusz Mieszkowski (b.1906 – d.1992)

Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (1927-1934). He practiced oil painting, tempera and mural paintings. He designed posters and covers for books. They brought him an honorary diploma at the international exhibition “Art and Technology” which took place in 1937 in Paris. His works may be found in the Museum of Edinburgh and private collections in Poland, Great Britain, Sweden, France and Australia.
