After a few years of studying Art History, I felt the need to try to express my emotions through painting; those were my beginnings three long decades ago, first with the oil technique and nowadays with acrylics, (both techniques self-taught). Also and following my artistic interests, I have done two years of learning techniques with tempera and acid etching, of which I keep beautiful works. 

The taste for the representation of what is natural in the environment that surrounds us is very evident in my work. A living nature, nonconformist, makes its way marking the way of expression and the own feeling in which elements such as sea and sky, floral deconstruction or an ecstasy of nature as a volcano, are grouped to give meaning and concept, to present the importance of the same in my inner world and transport the viewer to imaginary worlds in which the calm sense of peace before the subtle movements of acrylic, is not at odds with the forceful use of it on other occasions. 

Before psychology existed, "Goethe" affirmed that colors act on the soul; they can provoke sadness or joy. "Physically and emotionally, the human being is affected and influenced by the colors that surround him, articulating his conventional references.
