Presentation
During his youth years, he sets his bags in Belgium, where he does various jobs, always keeping space for creativity: fairground artist, culinary art, jeweler ... before returning to his native country.
A journalist, then an antiques dealer and an artist, he ends up exhibiting and selling to passers-by the art works he makes in his shop. Noticed by art professionals, he goes on showing his work, in collective and personal exhibitions in Tunis and La Marsa, but also in Djerba and in the context of cultural events.
He paints on cement bags which remain his privileged medium, to evolve on canvas and ceramics.
His paintings evoke a joyful Tunisia where different elements fit together like in a mosaic of colors. Inspired by everyday life, paying tribute to women as well as to the characters who marked his young age, he depicts a country with incomparable sweetness of life.
He participated in the fourth edition of Jaou Tunis "Nation Migrante" in 2017
Personal exhibition in 2017, Galerie Atelier 28 in resonance with the 14th biennale of contemporary art "Floating Worlds".
The Lyon City Hall bought one of his paintings on this occasion.
