Mehmet Kanli is a Turkish artist currently living in Eskisehir. He graduated from the faculty of painting of the Anadolu University in 1990. His paintings offer a bouquet of catchy colors and rhythms. He has done more than 20 exhibitions. He deconstructs his dancers as if he was deconstructing rhythm and creating thus a pictorial musicality. His dancers resemble harlequins that dissolve between them. Fusion, effusion, symbiosis, alchemy operates.
