About the artwork

Artwork sold in perfect condition

“Colors, like features, follow the changes of the emotions.” ― Pablo Picasso I transform observations of nature and humanity into abstract patterns. Inspired by light, movement, color combinations, social interactions and patterns, my goal is to infuse these elements and form abstract compositions. Emergence lights up when we observe that a creature or an object has properties that its parts do not have in themselves. These properties or behaviors only appear when the parts interact in a larger whole. Understanding the interplay of these sensations allows me to convey not only visual but tactile sensations and rhythms similar to those created by nature. The hypnotic motif in the luminous abstraction seems to radiate, pulsate and emerge. The result is open compositions, full of charm and energy which are the essence of my being and therefore of my art. Artist statement :

“I utilize the mix of strong, vibrant colors and this allows me to express many different and powerful emotions and when one views my paintings it is meant to be not just seen but felt. I use acrylic paint with gel as this texture allows for each message that i try to convey through my paintings to jump off the canvas.  My feelings and moods will guide the mix of colors and the temperament of the paintings that i complete. The intention is to give the viewer of my artwork a unique and emotional experience allowing for a connection to be made between the artwork and their own emotions. I have always been a very passionate person and my expression of art is no different.  My art opens a window to me and each person who gets to view and share in my paintings get to see a piece of me."
