About the artwork
Artwork sold in perfect condition
Born in 1946, Danile Densborn is a French painter. Originally from Lorraine, he has lived and worked in Aix-en-Provence for several years.
Over the years, the artist focuses on perfecting his technique to represent movement, which plays a main role in his work. Thanks to a knife and to small touches of color which he wisely applies on a canvas, he gives life to the subjects that he represents : bullfighting, hose racing, dancing... the fury, the power of life intrinsic to his source of inspiration are thus perfectly captured.
Daniel Densborn is a renowned artist who has won several awards. He received the Gold Medal at the Châteauneuf-du-Pape International Art Fair, the Silver Medal at the "Salon d'Arles" and the Silver Medal at the "Salon de Marseille", among others. He exhibits his work regularly in France, his pieces are part of private collection in France and abroad : Germany, England, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Spain, the United States, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Sweden.
