Abstract Graphics

Greek artists

Artist, painter, Ioannis Lassithiotakis born in 1956 in Crete. He studied in Italy at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence before setting up his studio in Athens where he lives and works today. His practice revolves around the concept of “abstract universality." The artist uses a clean language made up of lines and large color areas that at first glance appear bare, static. However, his compositions involve dynamism and a deeper symbolism.

Ioannis Lassithiotakis calls the eye to attentive observation beyond the flow of images invaded by our days, he reveals the simple relationships between the elements of our reality.
