About the artwork
Artwork sold in perfect condition
Mister Goo, whose real name is Steve Dagnet, was born on June 5, 1984 in Orléans. He spent his childhood in the suburbs and dreamed of joining a graphic design school. Not having the means to finance his art school, he decides to learn graphic arts on his own. He opens his Goo Design creation workshop where he designs and manufactures decorative stickers for individuals. He will also appear in the M6 D&CO show after being spotted by a member of Valérie Damidot's team.
At present, his work is oriented towards sculpture and Pop Art / Street Art painting. He likes to share his child's soul through his work, often symbolized by the balloon with which he played a lot when he was younger. For him, it symbolizes lightness, freedom, innocence, escape, dreams. In addition, he represents iconic portraits, cartoon characters who rocked his childhood...
He likes to combine fluo, squirts, spontaneity because art must be colorful and alive. He uses various techniques: brushes, spray cans, stencils...
