Elegant and feminine, it is a cheeky wink to History, with an attribute of a silver fly that the artist unearthed in Turkey after long months of searching.
Marquise is a witticism of words and form, with a fly on the forehead that reminds us of the 18th century “majestueuse”.
Nine layers of black lacquer adorn this skull with a mirror reflecting light.

French artist born in Saint-Etienne, Françoise Hauck is a painter of sensuality and pure pleasure, of color.
From the Beaux Arts de Saint-Etienne, it was in Lyon that she produced her very first works: wall frescoes on the facade, mosaic ...
The artist now lives in the Camargue and establishes his studio there. With those key moments that dot existence, she likes to play with themes and techniques to create oppositions between calm and intense, between the density of colors and the lightness of the traces.
She paints on canvas, flexible vinyl and resin canvas where she erases any tactile imprint of her work, thus giving an ambiguous identity to the painting. She simply dares.
She invites us into her rich and varied universe, leaving everyone the freedom to appreciate and feel emotions.
Françoise Hauck has exhibited her works since 1995 and has established herself as a contemporary artist in perfect evolution.
