Reveal the poetry that surrounds us Make the invisible visible Liberate yourself and find your own light This is my quest as an artist ... If the act of painting remains a visceral act, it allows me to give and see my own gaze. It is an interior journey allowing me to free myself, to probe my emotions, to testify to the Beautiful present in everything, even the most innocuous. This Beau amazes me, makes me grow, pushes me to become more human. This quest is a way to strive for harmony and the spirituality to which I aspire, my weapon against the excesses of our society and the growing obscurantism. My universe sails between dream and reality. In this "in-between" of abstraction and figuration, the story is told and the space is deformed, revealing the blurry image of a fleeting moment in suspended time. Whether the theme is engaged or contemplative, the goal remains the same: to capture the poetry of the moment to bring us to refocus and free ourselves. Go towards our own light to see our hopes take shape and our Being [re] found. My "bubble-canvases" offer a moment of reflection, where the circle abrogates time and space. It is a parenthesis that opens up to us, a moment of introspection conducive to probing our emotions. Through the prism of a long view, they offer as many open windows that appeal to the gaze, the real one: the one who takes the time, the one who soaks himself, the one who questions himself, to capture the essential and probe the invisible in this world we are going through ...
