Snake is a self-taught artist from the beginning of the 90's.
It is in 1989 that he began to surf on diverse urban disciplines of the culture Hip-hop, dance and graffiti in which he found a real artistic and human root. Touch everything, he ran all the forms of classic expression which offered him this way of expression. The desire of meeting and specific discovery in the graffiti, allowed him to travel worldwide. Today, professional since 2000, Snake works diverse projects sub-diverse forms, with big institutional collaborations, architecture firms as well as with renowned : Bmw, Cadillac, Adidas, Xbox, Quicksilver, Samsung, Ford, Audi, Virgin, Renaud, CGR, Orange, EDF, East Pack, Fiat, Toyota...
Lover of hypermarkets, Snake knew how to develop a real professional sense for the projects of big scales. His philosophy is simply this one:
"My vision is that the transformation processing of the city crosses by the artistic what is going to allow to change the relationship to the others and the urban environment. The real metamorphosis of the city of future will not pass by the construction of big towers, but by the different look which will wear people their living space. It means emphasizing places which exist, but which people do not perceive any more in their everyday life.
The purpose is to extirpate in this territory various themes from which it is possible to write a story.
Snake today fed by its urban story, to reinject it in the public place to change points of view because our territory is not any more used as object, but also as subject. The culture, the town planning, the architecture has to offer the means to the artists to regain control the urban space.
The objective being of course to make speak about this one, so as to transmit, awaken, make look younger and modernize our common places of lives by the creation."
