Erwin Oksana

Erwin Oksana is a German artist born in 1993, graduate of the University of Arts in Bremen, Germany. His graffiti practice began at the age of 15, while painting on the walls of his city. In 2015, he joins 1UP, one of the most famous European street art crews.

His works are influenced by the history of graffiti, but also by advertising visuals that he collects and archives in order to work on their forms and study their compositions. Producing large abstract surfaces, the artist does not hesitate, in addition to the use of All- Over, with acrylic paint and large brushes to use spray paint. He is keen to combine, in both his plastic and theoretical practices, his university training and his knowledge acquired in the streets of Bremen.
