Frieze New York 2023

Frieze New York returns from May 17th to 21st, 2023 for its 11th annual edition. The fair will take place at the Shed, a cultural center in Manhattan's Hudson Yards. Founded in 1991 as a media and events company, Frieze has evolved into the producer of some of the world's most dynamic art fairs. In 2012, Frieze launched Frieze New York, as well as Frieze Masters which operates at the same time as Frieze London. And, in 2019, Frieze established Frieze Los Angeles. Although Frieze New York is considered the sister fair to Frieze London and Frieze Los Angeles, each fair has its own character and selection process.

Frieze New York welcomes over 60 of the most prominent players in the international gallery landscape from 27 countries, while also promoting the industry's budding talents in its Focus section. In addition, Frieze New York promotes a dedicated online viewing room to connect international galleries and spectators from near and far. The fair is also supported by a week of artistic and cultural events throughout New York City

Would you like a sneak peek of the most anticipated artists of the fair? Or are you interested in spotting the latest trends in the global contemporary scene? An array of galleries participating at Frieze New York are also available on Artsper, including the likes of Perrotin and Thaddaeus Ropac. Discover a slice of Frieze New York without needing to purchase a ticket, from wherever you are located, thanks to a selection of works curated by our art experts!
