Born in 1974 - France
Noé Two is a Parisian artist born in 1974. He grew up close to the La Chapelle wasteland, the place of birth of the French Graffiti movement. He is part of a collective that marked the history of French graffiti: RAW (Real Authentik Writa).
Noé Two chosen his artist name in reference to Noah, the biblical character. As the ark that is a shelter for all the animals, his work covers different graphic and pictorial approaches in original compositions. Active since the late '80s, he is one of the emblematic figures of the French Graffiti, and one of the the most complete artists of his generation. His art consists of frescoes and paintings. But also in the field of graphic design: he creates 3D models, photo-montages and videos.
An innovative artist, he pushes the boundaries of realistic renderings of aerosol painting. His impressive mastery creates lifelike portraits on walls and on canvas. The last few years, Noé Two abandoned this style to explore other opportunities. He worked on a less realistic and more abstract interpretation, with a very graphic composition. His works are constructed by a set of forms, of curves and colors that are in realtion with each other. His works play with our perception of codes and pre-established rules.
Noé Two has been present on the international scene for more than two decades. He participated in projects, events and auctions in famous art spaces and has been recognized for his creations in the United States, in China and in Europe.
