Presentation
Daniel Freaker studied graphic design at Camberwell School of Arts in London and then completed an MA in Fine Art and Art History at the Slate School of Art in 2000. Since then, he has worked in graphic and web design, which has informed his approach to images, taking inspiration from bold prints and photography.
He taught all types of art and design for Secondary and Higher education across a very broad range of subjects from fashion to print and architecture to video.
The artist works in Portsmouth on the South Coast of the UK and is always passionate creating images that are both abstract and about paint while keeping figures in the frame to help provide a sense of narrative and give the image a story.
