The Shapes and Shades exhibition brings together 6 artists working on shapes and shades. For the most part from the street art movement, French or American, each has developed their own universe. Whether it is filled with bright colors and spontaneous movements or made up of a play of contrasts between full and empty, each work emanates a creative force. And it is indeed the eternal subject when it comes to art, this subtle mixture between technique and creation which gives life to the work. Initially, it is a composition made up of shapes and shades that animates the support, whether it is wall, wood, canvas or paper. It's a trip, in space, from the USA with JonOne and Cope 2 to France with Jef Aérosol. Then, in time, with artists from the youngest generation like PRO 176, Zenoy and Soco. Through this exhibition, our desire is therefore to mix different artistic universes, between abstraction and figuration, black and white or colors, to let the eye travel through shapes and shades. And to discover the richness of the street art movement.
