Depuis le cœur de Berlin, je façonne la lumière et l'ombre en images qui respirent.
Depuis 19 ans, j'explore l'éphémère, l'intangible – une quête qui a débuté dans le journalisme d'art et s'est transformée en une passion de toute une vie pour la photographie. En 2005, j'ai fondé mon premier studio. Depuis, mon travail a voyagé à travers l'Europe, ornant des galeries et façonnant l'identité visuelle de marques internationales et locales.
Dostoïevski écrivait dans 1918 : « Tout dépend de l'environnement dans lequel vit l'homme. » Dans un monde saturé d'images, nous nous sentons souvent perdus dans le bruit visuel. Pourtant, la lumière transforme. Elle donne du sens. Une silhouette, un paysage : en quelques secondes, ils se transforment, devenant quelque chose d'entièrement nouveau.
Depuis plus de 19 ans, j'explore cette transformation. Je sculpte des êtres avec la lumière, capturant leurs formes en constante évolution grâce à la lumière naturelle, aux systèmes artificiels et aux UV. Je travaille avec les spectres visibles et invisibles, utilisant des machines qui enregistrent la lumière pour révéler quelque chose de plus profond, au-delà de la texture, de la couleur et de la forme.
Mes portraits ne sont pas de simples images ; ils sont le prolongement de mon âme. À chaque séance, la présence de mon sujet entre en collision avec ma vision, créant un échange imprévisible et vivant. Il en résulte une émotion distillée en esthétique, un langage visuel façonné par la poésie de la lumière.
La photographie est plus que de la création : c'est un dialogue. Depuis 2019, Sony Europe m'a nommé Ambassadeur de l'Image, réaffirmant ainsi mon attachement à cet art. Au-delà de mon travail, je partage cette passion à travers mon école de photographie, où plus de 5 000 étudiants ont entrepris leur propre parcours créatif.
La lumière reste mon guide. Chaque clic est une tentative de capturer l'invisible, de révéler la beauté du quotidien, de figer un instant fugace avant qu'il ne disparaisse.
