Florence Vanoli

Born on April 10, 1966, in Dijon, Florence Vanoli is a protean artist who is at the same time a poet, a painter and a performer. She is also involved in the association Mots et Merveilles, in which she conducts artistic projects for all audiences.

In the continuity of Georges Mathieu, father of lyrical abstraction, ink painting explodes in her from the heart, from instinct and from the present moment. In her creations, the colors provoke the gesture which itself influences the tools necessary for the composition. 

Then comes almost simultaneously the choice of the paper, its size, its grain. The choice of materials such as lime, powdered shells, charred wood or flowers, which naturally inspire her, are also used in her instinctive works.
