“LIVING IS A DREAM” TUSCANY, Visual Artist

Biography

In its minimalist, joyful, vibrant universe, imbued with elegant nonchalance, Toscane celebrates life in every moment.

His compositions, combining bright colors, clean lines and symbols, bear witness to an artistic influence inherited from his masters in Tokyo.

The symbolism of Tuscany

Mona and the White Animal.

Mona, an iconic figure of Tuscany, embodies "all women," merging the essence of the noble Mona Lisa and Zola's Nana. Her name, derived from two Japanese terms ("mina," meaning "all, everyone," and "onna," meaning "woman"), evokes a metaphor for the universal woman.

Always wearing hair in harmony with the background, she illustrates the reciprocal interaction between the individual and their environment.

The white animal that accompanies him symbolizes purity, innocence, and spirituality, acting as his guide and healer. Japanese characters or symbolic motifs are carefully traced on this animal's coat. They evoke fragments of ancestral wisdom, anchoring Tuscany's works in a dialogue between tradition and modernity. These symbols recall the teachings of his Japanese art masters.
