Liliane Camier

Liliane Camier is a French painter. She lives and works in Val-de-Marne, France.

Liliane Camier graduated from the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Dijon and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs of Paris. After her studies, she decided to teach art in several schools around Choisy-le-Roi.

Liliane Camier's paintings are a mix of figuration and abstraction, her main topic is the surrounding environment. Sometimes branches or leaves of a tree manage to represent more than just a vast network of lines on the canvas.

Liliane Camier's work has been a part of personal or collective exhibitions since 1974, moreover one of them was recently bought by the Bibliothèque du Centre Pompidou in Paris.
