Biography
Toulousain since adolescence, Nicolas Pluquet was born in the north of France and grew up in Aix-en-Provence.
Between walks in the northern forests, carpeted with wild hyacinths, and hikes on the Sainte-Victoire mountain, his childhood was lulled by postcard landscapes, stimulating his imagination.
It was during this period of his life that he took a camera for the first time, that of his mother photographer.
Once an adult, he was able to undertake an artistic training, through a BTS visual communication, in order to become a freelance graphic designer.
It was only later that he found the gesture of photography while listening to his growing desire to go behind the lens.
His curiosity drives him to explore abandoned places, which he freezes forever in his photographic compositions.
