Angela Lyle is a British artist born in 1946 who studied at the Kingston Art College in London.
She started her professional career as a costume designer for concerts of Rock. This connection with the world of music brought her to Wales, where she directed a recording studio for several years.
During the last years she started painting again and creating figurative pieces, in which the human body is her favorite subject. She uses pastel, charcoal or oil sticks.
