

Biography
Béatrice Bizot was born in 1966 in Milan. A cosmopolitan sculptor, she has lived in Australia, France, and the United States. In 1991, Béatrice Bizot graduated from ESJ Lille and earned a master's degree in history. A year later, she entered the Academy of Fine Arts of La Brera in Milan. Then, in 1997, she moved to the United States, continuing her training by taking courses at the Center for the Arts in Midland, Michigan. The following year, she studied sculpture at Delta College in Michigan. Finally, in 2004, she moved to Tarragona, Spain, where she still lives and works today.
Béatrice Bizot sculpts, models, and casts in a variety of mediums. Her favorite theme is the human body, which she explores from every angle. Recently, the artist has focused on faces. Alternating between diverse materials such as clay, bronze, plaster, concrete, and cement, Béatrice Bizot creates delicate works with great sensitivity.
Recently exhibited in three galleries, Béatrice Bizot also created installations, such as her work Cascade de chaises in the church of Minimes. She also created three monumental, half-submerged sculptures in the port district of Tarragon, a city that has supported her artistic projects for over ten years. Some of her works are also exhibited in the collection of the Tarragon Museum of Modern Art, as well as in the collection of the Center for the Arts in Midland, Michigan.
Béatrice Bizot is an artist who appeals to a large number of art lovers today. Discreet, she has carved out a niche for herself in the Catalan art market, and is gradually making her way into the French market through her frequent exhibitions at the Insula Gallery in Paris. Béatrice Bizot has exhibited solo shows in Poland and the Czech Republic. Regarding her group exhibitions, she participates in fairs and biennials focused on Paris and Spain.
