Description
This painting presents a solitary tree standing majestically in a field, with its abundant branches forming a voluminous, almost ethereal canopy. The composition is imbued with a stunning interplay of cool blues and muted purples, capturing the tranquil essence of dusk or dawn. Speckles of white and touches of light bring the blossoms or leaves to life, suggesting a gentle movement or a whispering breeze.
The background is a harmonious blend of the same cool hues, which suggests an infinite space that extends beyond the immediate scene, creating a serene and contemplative atmosphere. The field, hinted at by subtle lines and textures, adds depth and leads the viewer's gaze toward the horizon, emphasizing the tree as the focal point of this captivating landscape.
This artwork stands out with its Impressionistic style, where the bold, textured brushstrokes evoke emotion and offer a sense of immediacy. The use of color and light is masterful, creating a sense of mystery and reverence for nature's quiet beauty. This painting invites contemplation, evoking a serene yet dynamic interplay between nature and the viewer's imagination.
Presentation
Mauro Tròlese, born in Padua in 1977, began cultivating his passion for art as a child. But it is only after reading some biographies of famous artists, found in an old attic, that he felt a great fire light up in him.
After attending the Modigliani art school in Padua, since 2002 he has dedicated himself to painting full time.
He has exhibited in numerous group and personal exhibitions linked to the territory he belongs to, his works are present in several private collections.
His works, created with different techniques, are characterized by a strong visual impact.
Tròlese loves to experiment with colors and shapes, making evocative and "inner" landscapes exciting.
In 2022, he won the first painting prize at the 25th art competition in Dolo (VE), with the work "The Last Ray of the Sun of the day". The work, a medium-sized oil on canvas, depicts a urban landscape in which a sun now at dusk "throws" the last ray of sunshine between a a crack in the buildings, leaving "gold" and "rubies" on the last remaining field of earth.
Every work he creates is an attempt to capture and frame those "living" things on the canvas invisible, perhaps elusive, that hover before and within us.
