Description
This abstract painting captures the calming power of the sea, as if frozen in serene tranquility.
Deep greens and emerald shades blend smoothly into the light white foam of waves. The rough texture of the strokes creates the effect of water in motion, while still maintaining a sense of peace.
The lower part of the canvas is saturated with dark green tones, symbolizing the ocean's depths, while the upper portion is painted in light, cool hues, reminiscent of dawn over a still water surface.
I used a palette knife to apply layers of paint with varying densities. The blended paints help convey the natural transitions of color and water texture. The strokes are rough and dense at the bottom, where the ocean's depths lie, and light and airy at the top, where the sunlight plays on the surface.
The artwork is signed, dated and titled on the reverse and ships in a tube. This method is particularly safe for oversized works and ensures lower transport costs. Rolled works may be easily stretched upon arrival (placed on wooden stretchers for canvases) and/or framed by a local framer.
Presentation
Tatiana Malinovscaia is a self-taught Moldovan artist who is passionate about creativity and ready to paint day and night.
She devotes a lot of time to painting. Puts a piece of herself into every canvas and every brushstroke.
Tatiana Malinovscaia, initially fascinated with fashion, pivoted to acrylics, immersing her vibrant spirit within each stroke and texture.
