Description
This painting is a meditative exploration of nature's quiet power. Part of the Essence of Bloom series, it captures not just the image of a blooming garden, but its spirit. Layers of textured paste and stenciled forms evoke the rhythms of petals in motion, a sky full of light, and the internal stillness that flowers can awaken. Created through intuitive mark-making and experimentation with materials, this work invites viewers to feel the resonance of life unfolding in both the natural world and within themselve.
Essence of Bloom series
This series of intuitive floral abstractions is a celebration of nature's vitality and the deep, personal connection between the artist and the living world. Inspired by years of growing flowers from seeds, observing their delicate transformations, and experiencing the pure joy of their bloom, these paintings are not just about depicting flowers—they are about capturing their energy, movement, and spirit.
Each brushstroke echoes the rhythm of petals swaying in the wind, the dance of light and shadow, and the fleeting yet powerful beauty of nature's creations. The artist embraces experimentation with textures, layering, and expressive color to translate the essence of flowers rather than their literal form. Through this process, every painting becomes a story—one that resonates with emotions, memories, and the timeless magic of blooming life.
This series invites viewers to feel the pulse of nature, to immerse themselves in the vibrancy of flowers beyond their physical beauty, and to connect with the energy that blossoms both in the natural world and within ourselves.
