Description
490BA
This vibrant artwork showcases a dynamic interplay of color and form, centering on a cascade of sunflowers and vertically hanging corn stalks. The sunflowers, depicted with vigorous brushstrokes, exude warmth in golden yellows, contrasting against the lush greens of the background. The corn stalks, elongated and textured, add depth and verticality to the composition. Above, an array of red and pink forms suggests a vibrant bouquet, creating a striking focal point. The artist employs bold, expressive strokes and a rich palette, enhancing the composition's energy and movement. This piece captivates through its bold approach to everyday subjects, celebrating nature's bounty with vivid intensity while inviting viewers into its symphony of hues.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
