“The Golden Hour" BALTIC series, Canvas, Oil, 50x70 cm

A serene urban landscape unfolds through a rich blend of oil and acrylic. The scene captures a quiet European street drenched in a soft, ethereal glow. Rhythmic brushstrokes build a dense texture across the canvas. Tall buildings frame the composition, their ochre and brown tones grounding the viewer. A distant tower rises as a focal point, shrouded in a hazy, golden light.
The ground reflects the shifting colors of the sky. Rain-slicked pavements mirror the pale blues and warm yellows of the horizon. A single car rests in the distance, adding a touch of modern stillness to the timeless architecture. To the left, a cozy terrace invites the eye with hints of floral greenery under a red awning.
This layout creates a deep sense of perspective. The lighting suggests a moment of transition, perhaps dawn or dusk. Every layer of paint enhances the atmosphere of tranquility and contemplation. The palette remains harmonious, blending earth tones with luminosity. The artwork emphasizes the quiet beauty of Baltic cityscapes and the poetic nature of solitude. It concludes in a detailed rendering of architectural shadows and reflected light.
