Description
Shul77
Oil painting Island of Freedom Tatyana Shulyak is a captivating abstract composition that invites the viewer into a poetic world of space, reflection, and inner liberation. Built around luminous tones of turquoise, teal, aqua, soft beige, and subtle coral accents, the painting reveals the artist's remarkable command of color harmony and layered texture. Tatyana Shulyak demonstrates true mastery through her confident palette knife work, expressive brushstrokes, and the skillful construction of an abstract visual rhythm that feels both spontaneous and thoughtfully balanced. The textured surface adds depth and movement, while the floating geometric forms suggest an island-like presence suspended between dream and reality. This original oil painting is an excellent choice for collectors of contemporary abstract art, textured wall art, and modern fine art with a refined emotional atmosphere. Ideal for elegant interiors, it brings sophistication, serenity, and a distinctive artistic statement to any home, office, gallery wall, or design-focused space.
Presentation
Tatyana Shulyak was born in Donetsk, but spent her entire life in the city of Kremenchug. She studied at an art school, then graduated from the Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg with a degree in art history. He is a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Currently he works at the Kremenchug Children's Art School, where he teaches art history. Participates in all-Ukrainian and international exhibitions.
Good basic training and active creative activity (participation in many international exhibitions) formed the creative personality and original style of the artist Tatyana Shulyak - a modern interpretation of the Art Nouveau style. She boldly combines bright colors and creates contrasting combinations. The artist's works leave an impression of completeness and thoughtfulness, a joyful aftertaste of a celebration of life, color and movement. It is interesting that Tatyana Shulyak chooses her own dominant color scheme for each work, sometimes enhancing the sound of color, and sometimes dividing it into many additional shades, which, together with careful strokes, become a kind of mosaic.
