Description
Here’s to the Good times we had
And the laughs we shared,
Here’s to the life we lived
And the memories we made,
Here’s to the gloss around your lips
And the warmth around your heart,
Here’s to those we lost
And the tears we dropped,
For hence,
We raise a Toast to new beginnings,
In Fear and Faith.
Presentation
Darlington Irokanulo's practice explores anthropomorphic forms and figures through his lines and designs, influenced by a love for character development and imagery design, exploring the beauty of time using Afro-culture and retro lifestyles as a point of discussion. Through themes of individuality, lifestyles, trends, and self-consciousness, he aims to capture and document golden moments and memories, exploring the inherent beauty of the past, present, and future.
He has participated in a few art workshops, group exhibitions, and performances as an artist and volunteer
