Description
This work is part of the series “Inside and outside”
Sometimes, all it takes is looking at familiar things a little differently to discover an entire world.
Every day holds something special — an unexpected shade of the sky, the play of light, a new thought, or a feeling that seems to appear out of nowhere.
The more we allow ourselves to notice, the more beauty we discover around us. And suddenly, we realize that inspiration isn’t something we need to search for far away. It’s already here — in the details, in the moments, in our ability to be amazed.
Perhaps it’s these little discoveries that create a sense of how full and beautiful life can be.
What beautiful thing will you notice today? Shipped in roll.
Presentation
Aliona Koroliova is a Ukrainian artist whose practice explores the subtle connection between material and emotion. Art has always been an inseparable part of her life — a quiet language through which she perceives and expresses the world.
In 2011, she graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Technologies and Design with a degree in Textile Design, which shaped her sensitivity to texture, composition, and color. Over time, her path naturally evolved from botanical watercolor illustration to abstract painting, where color and light become a form of inner contemplation.
Since 2024, she has been studying in the studio of Ukrainian artist Oleksii Malykh. In her works, she turns to the themes of light, balance, and silence — creating a space not for explanation, but for feeling.
