Description
Will be shipped rolled in a tube, without a stretcher.
The idea of making this artwork came from my little 2.5 years old daughter's story book. I recited to her a fairy tale where the fairy lived on a colourful island, made up of pearls !
As the story progressed I started fantasising as to how this island would look if it were for real !
In no time, I decided to bring this island to life on my canvas !
You can touch, you can feel it !
If you say, it's always yours !!

Presentation
Penchant for art from early childhood ! Aatmica used to make greeting cards for her friends, at the age of six. Doodling the walls of her room and creating drawings for school activity boards.
Moved to art full time in April 2016. Did her first show in Dec 2016, with the prestigious 'Gallery Sara Arakkal' which belongs to the late great artist - Mr. Yusuf Arakkal ! First international show was with 'Singapore Affordable Art Fair' in Jan 2017.
She's an experimental artist. Usually starts with an idea; however, she likes to paint without thinking as well.
Her current collectors are from USA, UK, France, Italy, Switzerland, Australia, Germany and India.
She lives and works in Bengaluru, India.
"I am an experimental artist. I like the idea of exploring. Basically doing things differently!
For instance: my artwork titled -
'The Island Of Pearls' makes use of thermocol balls to give the effect of pearls.
'The Beach Party' makes use of lump of yarn to create waves..
'Lord Buddha' is created by piercing metal pins into the canvas.
The idea of doing something new... and the curiosity to see the outcome.. excites me !"
