"We Make The City's Grid" by Derrick Adams is a limited edition print, part of a rare edition of 20 prints. Inspired by Adams' monumental 25′ x 9′ porcelain tile mural permanently installed in the lobby of HELP USA in New York City, this artwork encapsulates the spirit of community and resilience. Created exclusively for HELP USA, a New York City Nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing homelessness and strengthening vulnerable communities, this series serves as a visual testament to their mission.

The artwork pays homage to the intricate network of streets and avenues that form the urban grid of New York City, symbolizing the inter-connectedness of its residents. Through bold lines and vibrant colors, Adams captures the dynamism and energy of the city, celebrating the diversity and resilience of its inhabitants.
