For this new season of a dealer and an artist, The Maryam Ahi Gallery is pleased to introduce you to the Iranian avant-garde scene.
The selection is based on two axes: the furniture of Sa-design and the line of Hamid Hadi Nezhad
Founded in 2010 and based in Milan, Sa-design is made up of a duo of designers: Alireza Emtiaz and Saqar Khakdan. This collaboration highlights a collection of inventive and futuristic furniture, which pushes the limits of the imagination. Their philosophy: less a way of thinking than a way of existing in the world, the rediscovered place of nature and the human body. According to them, we are immobility and we want to maintain this new perspective. All the solutions are in nature and man. The result: a very original approach, pieces that are both functional, radical and a recognition of nature.
Hamid Hardi Nehad is an avant-garde artist. It puts us in front of this universe where the experience of the gesture and the purity of the spirit smoke the relay. He sees himself and describes himself: "In front of the white frame time stands still. It is at this moment that the spirit is freed in front of the space of the canvas. The imagination takes its place and time pauses. This is where the drawing becomes stronger and truer, in a universe where the gesture and the line smoke the top. Time is absent. At the same time far from everything and also close to the essential. The primitive feeling is the line and the effort of the gesture which draws the curves of this universe witness of the ultimate creation. »
We expect many and curious people to share these talents of today and tomorrow.
Artistically,
Maryam Ahi
