His technique is revealing. Adequacy Background - Form: Between collage and painting, Vini first prepares his painting on a plastic film where it is dried to detach then its abrasions of color. Selected before gluing them on the canvas in a puzzle of very sophisticated colors, they are intended to restore the complexity of interiority.

Vini is above all a painter of color, he tracks down his intensity to fix it at length, so he prepares collections of fragments of colors, thousands of shreds, which allow him in a second time to reconstitute his painting in a chosen palette on the canvas. Many roses, purples, violins, fuchsia, purple ... give an almost melancholy cold energy to his recent portraits.

Whatever its palette, the colors reflect an inextricable complexity. Between trans-figuration and surrealism, his medium portraits are close to his favorite themes such as horse and riders, vigorous metaphors for his quest for movement and light. There is the desire to transcend the flesh on its web, thousands of abrasions to materialize the light and communicate the spark of inner truth.
