Darkko

Darkko is a digital artist, with a futuristic style.

He's an innovating artist who creates backlit paintings. He joins artistic creation and new technologies by making unique artworks and using various softwares. He creates his own filters and expresses himself in an orginal style which is without a doubt his trademark. He, himself, defines his style as all at once futurist, pop'art and cubist.

Initially a photograph, then a graphic designer, he uses light in a "subtractive" way. His artworks are composed of a black plexiglas surface from which forms, objects and faces emerge. Sometimes, the subjects seem to arise from a frozen and undefined time. They can remind us of a magnified stained glass.
The matter seems fragmented, some main thrust appear, other stayin the shade ; the artwork is revealed by the light. The positives are presented in luminous boxes similar to radiographs.

Darkko is an autodidact artist. He offers his own vision of the world. His art is positive, invigorating and leave the spectator always in awe.
